Welcome to AgapePrimeHotel.com (the “Site”), operated by Agape Prime LLC (“Agape Prime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site, including any booking, wellness, or event services offered online, any associated mobile applications, and all related content, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings or create an account.
  • Users under 18 may access the Site only with parental or guardian supervision and consent.
  • If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You may be required to create an account to book services, subscribe to newsletters, or use certain features.
  • Keep your account information, username, and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or unlawful activity.

3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and the policies displayed at the time of booking.
  • Payment for reservations may be processed via third-party payment providers, including PayPal or other platforms (“Payment Providers”). By booking, you authorize us and the Payment Providers to charge your selected payment method.
  • Cancellation, refund, and modification policies are outlined at the time of booking. Please review them carefully before confirming a reservation.
  • Prices are subject to change until payment is received and the booking is confirmed.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is owned or licensed by Agape Prime LLC and/or its’ assigns and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.
  • Users may submit reviews, testimonials, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and reproduce that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Post abusive, offensive, or harmful content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agape Prime LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking or service in question, or USD $300, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agape Prime LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your User Content or actions that cause harm to third parties.

10. Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Modifications to the Service or Terms

  • We may update or modify the Service or these Terms at any time.
  • Material changes will be communicated in advance via the Site or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Belize, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability and Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Agape Prime LLC regarding the Service.
